Methods for Inserting New Users

There are several methods for creating User Accounts. The methods you choose are determined by your business needs.

Manually - Add User Accounts one-by-one, providing at least a username and password for each account. This method is best when you only have one or two Users to insert into your site.
Bulk Import - Import user account data from a text (.txt) file to add multiple accounts at once. This method works best when you have a large list of Users from another system or a text file list.
Insert them from another LearnCenter. This method copies user information from the other site.
Self Registration - Users add their own accounts. There is an option to have an Admin approve accounts before admission to your site is permitted.
Integration - Integrates LearnCenter with an HRIS or other system. Automates creation and updating of user accounts. Highly recommended for ease in administration.
